The information we ask you for when placing an order is used only for billing, delivery or to contact you regarding an order you have placed. Once you have placed an order, we will contact you to confirm your purchase, to confirm when your order has been dispatched and/or if we have any other information regarding your order.
Pricing
All prices on products offered by Winzer Equine are priced in pounds sterling and where applicable include UK VAT at the current rate. Occasionally despite our best effort’s items may appear miss priced in such cases we will contact you with the correct price and adjust your order and request instruction from you regarding next steps IE. continuing with order or cancelling order. If you do not reply to us within in 3 days (excluding Sundays & Bank Holidays) we will cancel the order for that item
Availability
Winzer Equine endeavours to maintain accurate stock levels. However, if an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible advising you on the next availability.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards (excluding Diners Club Cards). Cards are not debited until goods are dispatched.
PayPal Online payments are carried out through a secure environment and transactions are shown in pounds sterling. Only enter your payment details when asked, do not email your card details to us. No responsibility can be taken for security if you provide your details in this way.
Offers and Promotions
Please note that when participating in our offers or promotions, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Multi-buy promotions, including buy one get one free, and three for two offers will only apply to the items stated and must be purchased within one transaction. Winzer Equine reserves the right to amend or withdraw promotions at any time.
Online Accounts
When using this website, you are responsible for ensuring that your account details and passwords remain confidential and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities occurring under your account and password. If you believe this information has become known to someone else or that your account is being misused contact us immediately.
When registering your details please ensure that the information you provide to us is complete and correct, and advise us as soon as possible should this change or you wish your details removed. Winzer Equine reserves the right to change or remove content, refuse access to the website or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you and you will be notified immediately.
Please Note–
We are unable to add or amend orders after you have been through the check out process.
You must not use the website for fraudulent purposes, spamming or any unlawful activity.
When placing a Click and Collect order, if you do not show within 8 days we reserve the right to refund the total amount minus a £5 administration fee. If you cannot make it within the 8 days granted, get in touch and let us know when you can make it to the store. It will then be at the discretion of Winzer Equine to decide whether to hold the feed until a later agreed date and whether a refund is given minus a £5 administration fee.
If you consistently use the Click and Collect service without collecting, Winzer Equine reserve the right to ban you from using the winzerequine.co.uk
